Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 5.30-6.30pm followed by the jam 6.45-8.30pm. Dancers can come just for the class, £5, or stay for the jam, £7.

Class Description
The introductory session will work from stillness through to an intuitive connection both in and out of contact. We will play with sensing another’s movement intention and responding once again, in and out of contact. The basis for this session will be the essence of playfulness of the muddy carpet (see biog, here).
