Into nature, your nature
A class of somatic expression with nature. From the multiplicity of us as bacteria, virus’s and cells, to the singularity of our intention, to the multiplicity of a tree as being, texture, breath, fungi and life and the singularity of their form and direction; dancing with the weight and depth of earth as ground and the sweet scent of 10,000 delicate blades of grass.
What you will need:
A smart phone
Headphones
Somewhere where you have mobile data
A tree in a park/a tree in nature with no brambles underneath/in your garden.
If it is raining, take an umbrella, waterproof jacket and use your breath to heat yourself up, or you can be indoors.

1) 5:30pm Check in, (please mute yourself unless you are checking in.)

I recommend you turn the video off on your phone to allow you to just to connect with the clas aurally and otherwise be present to where you are.
3) 6:15pm Return for the half way one word check in.
You may just want to give a visual signal that every thing is ok.
