Between January and April I will be teaming up with Jamus and Lee once again to offer Contact Improvisation on a Wednesday evening.
We’ve been in the studio together researching and exploring an exciting body of work on moving from centre in Contact Improvisation. Over three months we will explore our center through the organs, muscles and fascia systems, taking time each month for digestion and integration.
Our focus will be on coming to contact improv through embodied movement.
