‘Games for Big Kids’
Starting: Tuesday 13th Sept 2011
Contact: k-lo@contactdance.co.uk
Running every Tuesday that it is not raining until it gets so bad we have to stop, but we can start again if it snows!
While the weather is good why not come down to the park and play! It’s not just for the kids you know! We all need to play…. To let off steam, to de-stress, to have fun to remember there is more to life, to laugh, to get physical, to have some human interaction away from the computer.
Playing is vital to our growth and development; this doesn’t stop when we become adults.
I will be in St Werburghs Park every Tuesday eve 6.30-8pm leading the games. They will range from the ones we all know like tag (and its various versions). To some more unusual ones like ‘pull your sock of’ (bring socks), Zoo and whatever else we can think up.
Wear loose clothing, soft outdoor shoes and something to sit on that you don’t mind getting dirty and be prepared for a little rough and tumble (of course you can opt out of the ones that challenge you to much)
If you bring kids you have to be responsible for them as these games are going to be pitched for adults.
Donations gratefully accepted which all be given to a children’s charity.
