Jamus Wood will be offering sessions in embodied presence, moving out onto the land, allowing our animal body to relate with what is. Self Inquiry, tuning into where we are in our lives and digesting our experiences of this spring and summer. What is alive at this point in our lives, what do we want to refine and support.
Neil Pinnock will offer 5 Rhythms dance.
