Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 5.30-6.30pm followed by the jam 6.45-8.30pm. Dancers can come just for the class, £5, or stay for the jam, £8.

Class Description
Open/Closed/Edges: Following my own line of inquiry and curiosity around what more is possible when we acknowledge where we are in the dance I offer an exploration of our edges of opening and closing. Held by similar themes to Nancy Stark Smiths underscore and my own interest in how fascia responds to more than just physical stretching, my interest is around what is actually possible in physical range and connection.
