Pre-Jam Warmup Class
Beginner friendly class 5.30 to 6.30 followed by the Jam from 6.45pm to 8.30pm.
Dancers can come just for the class for £5, or stay for the class and jam for just £7.
Class Description
Jenny Moy “What I love about Contact Improvisation is that there’s no syllabus, no standard way to learn, no qualified teachers. The lab format celebrates that – dancers coming together to share, experiment and review: all teachers, all learners. London currently has a weekly labbing group, exploring themes like constriction, low-level flying and mixing Contact with Authentic movement. I’d like to make a link between the London lab and Bristol: sharing some of our ideas and exercises and taking back more questions and discoveries.”
