Bristol CI: Monthly Class / Jam with Jan Ming Lee and music from Emmy (harp)

We will practice pouring into and emptying out of, as communication, small dance, into big dance, space. Scores are like music notes for a moving body- we will practice scores that loosen our inner web of connective tissues: hooking in as mycelium or moving away to find new ground. Moving as being moved. This class explores touch, presence and mindfulness in bearing weight through the physics of gravity and consensual dancing; material is designed to include and be attentive to the limits of our different bodies and capacities
