Dear performers and improvisers, You are warmly invited to attend Contact Festival Dartington 2014, taking place this spring break 30 March – 6 April in The Performance Centre at Falmouth University and featuring internationally recognised teachers of improvisation Ray Chung (San Francisco, USA), Charlie Morrissey (Brighton, UK), and Eszter Gal (Budapest, Hungary). The week will include a series of workshops in contact improvisation, morning vinyasa yoga with Kayla Dougan Bowtell (UK) , evening jamming and performances by teachers and participants, as well as a half-day conference of research presentations. The unique format of Contact Festival Dartington with no parallel sessions mean that teachers and students follow a shared journey of research throughout the week.
