A workshop in dance improvisation focusing on the exploration of freedom through practising the states of presence, communication and establishing relationships. The work will include facilitated exercises where participants will develop the sensitivity to care for, engage, respect and respond to our own and our partners' bodies. The workshop will be followed by EXHALACIÓN | AIRE artist's solo performance, where through the use of humour, eye contact, dialogue and proximity, Kirstie will invite the audience to join her on a journey as she negotiates her way through present moment decision-making that is inherent in improvised performances.
