Celebrating 10 yrs of London Contact Improvisation

Friday workshop 30th September (18.00-21.00), Saturday 1st October (13.00–22.00) & Sunday 2nd October (14.00-21.00)

… Back by popular demand, another LCI weekend devoted to dance and creative connection, open to all interested in Contact Improvisation – beginners more than welcome.

Rick Nodine will lead an opening workshop 6 – 9pm Friday evening.

On Saturday we start at 1pm with a warm-up class with Mary Prestidge followed by jamming with live music from David Leahy; in the evening a sharing of performances followed by a warm-up into jamming by Caroline Waters.

Sunday afternoon will start at 2pm with a warm-up class by Natanja den Boeft (Holland) and in the evening Angus Balbernie will tune us in for a closing jam till 9pm. There’ll be more live music.

Foyer space is available all weekend for video showings/networking/relaxing. Please let Robert know in advance if you have a video you’d like to share or you want take part in the performances. It would also be great if you bring food to share.
