BRISTOL CONTACT IMPROVISATION JAM AUTUMN SEASON
Contact Improvisation Jam is a form of practice in which we are invited to express, explore and experience our bodies in solo locomotion, in juxtapositions and in group improvisations – being vibrant particles of integral physical engagement as well as witnessing and stillness. We allow ourself to co exist with echother and the sounds, and we very much co create the space being held by presence and attention. It is opened to mixed levels and guidance is always available.
This Sunday Agnieszka would love to offer a guided warm up that leads us inside the jamming flow. To attend to warm up please be on time, we start at 18:30 and we go on til 20:30. The venue remains unchanged dmac 3rd floor (that is Hamilton House Stokes Croft) and the fee is £5.
