Beginner friendly pre-jam warmup class 5.30-6.30pm followed by the jam 6.45-8.30pm. Dancers can come just for the class, £5, or stay for the jam, £8.

Class Description
I am the centre of my dance, From Here I meet you.
I have been venturing back into the dance arena after having eye surgery. I have been given the following restrictions by my doctor, do not pick up more than 15kg of weight and limited bending forward. To put it simply dance without strain, dance from my centre. So I have been exploring this territory and I invite you to this dance, one where you truly look after yourself and yet commit to the dance.
